Purchase Agreement

All our horses sold  out of state come with a coggins and health paper

Terms for purchasing a horse: Must be 18 yrs old or older to purchase a horse

A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will hold a horse for 14 days so transportation can be arranged. The balance must be paid with a cashiers check or money order (must clear the bank before horse leaves the property.) Unless horse is paid for within that time, and arrangements to be picked up, sale is null and void and any money paid will not be returned. If arrangements need to be made to hold the horse longer than 14 days, board will be charged at $15/day.

Terms for purchasing a foal: Must be 18 yrs old or older to purchase a foal

A 25% deposit (non-refunable) will hold the foal until weaned. The balance of the foal must be paid for with cashiers check or money order (must clear bank before foal leaves property) when picking up the foal. Unless foal is  paid for and picked up at the time arranged, the sale shall be null and void. Any money paid will not be returned. If arrangements need to be made to hold the foal after the specified date, board will be charged at $12/day.
